WOODguard meets the VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) standard levels set by the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) and the most stringent limits set by the state of California making WOODguard one of the few "green" wood preservative products on the market. We continue to improve the performance of our products as well as reducing VOCs.

UV Protection
WOODguard® contains colorless titanium dioxide (TiO2) ultraviolet
light blockers (UV) which help ensure that long-term exposure
to sunlight doesn't strip wood of natural oils and beauty. Pigmented
WOODguard also contains micronized
trans oxides for even more UV protection.
Water Repellent
WOODguard is an oil-based formula that provides long-term protection
and water repellency by penetrating deeply into the wood.

Colors
6 factory pre-tints and 14 Blairstown Distributors, Inc ., custom
colors.
One-Coat
Application
WOODguard begins protecting wood with the first application.
We recommend a second coat within 2 to 4 years on new construction.
Additional
Qualities
WOODguard is semi-transparent, weather-resistant and allows
the logs to breathe.

use WOODguard TC™.
